How to Refund and Return Your Purchases?
- If you shopped online, contact us to request a refund or return the product to the delivery person along with a copy of the receipt.
- Please ensure that returned item(s) are supplemented with all accessories and free gifts.
- Our return policy is valid for 14 days from the day you receive your item, only if the product is brand new, in a re-sellable condition, and the consumables & accessories are still sealed in having all the packaging. Based on that, an exchange or refund can be granted within 14 days.
- There is no return or exchange for perishable products (fresh and frozen) such as fresh meat, fruits, vegetables, cheeses, frozen food, bakery products, etc. after 24 hours from the time of delivery.
Refund & Return Policy :
- Sold items can be returned within 14 days from the date of purchases as long as they are in their same condition when they were purchased and accompanied by original packaging (full external and internal content)
- In case of a manufacturing defect, a technical report must be submitted from the related company by the customer from the date of purchasing.
- Refunds will be through the same original payment methods (cash, credit card, or coupons)
- In the case of home delivery of products, the signature should be provided after an external preview of the product. In case of the customer`s acceptance of the product in the same conditions it was received, the product is neither refundable nor exchangeable.
- In the case of a manufacturing defect, a technical report from the related company must be provided by the customer.
- In the case of home delivery by the supplier, neither exchange nor refund shall be made until receiving a technical report from the agent.
- It’s not permitted to keep the customers' items – in case of home delivery –more than 7 days from the date of purchase. On the other hand, the customer is entitled to refund the amount only according to the terms of the refund and is not eligible to claim the product.
- In case the customer receives the product himself, it must be received within 24 hours. However, the customer is entitled to refund the amount paid only according to the terms of the refund, and the customer is not entitled to claim the product.
- The customer loses the warranty of the product in the absence of the purchase invoice, and if the product is not installed by the agent
- Neither refund nor trace invoice is made for a loss of an invoice on the behalf of a company, institution, or entity other than a person of himself except to fetch a letter from the issuing agency to proceed with the refund and to prove the complete personal information of the technical report letter.
- In case the customer decides to return any of his ordered items without mentioning any obvious reasons like a breakage or a defect in the product, the item is to be returned on the condition that the item is completely intact and in conformity with specifications. Moreover, the customer will pay for the delivery fees on returning the item. That is applied to food and non-food products
- The original invoice must be attached in case of return or exchange and will not be made without the original invoice.
Return of Items Value for No Reason:
- In case the customer decides toreturn a product from Electronics or Home Appliance departments, the product is checked in 72 hours from the delivery date and time; the product shall be in the same condition it was bought on and with all its total attachments.
- In case the customer decides to return a product from the Fresh Food department, the customer shall contact us to return the product on the same delivery day on the condition that the item is completely intact and in conformity with specifications.
- Items by law, personal care, clothes, etc… are exempted fromRefund& Refund Policy and not to be refunded.
Exceptions:
- Computer, laptops, cameras, and accessories shall not be refunded or exchanged in the case of opening the package unless there is a manufacturing defect, and a technical report from the agent must be submitted by the customer.
- No refund or exchange –in case of opening the package of hygiene products, shavers, epilators, care products, underwear, hair removal machines, watches, and anything that touches the skin directly due to public health concern unless there is an industry defect, a and technical report from agent must be submitted by the customer.
- No refund or exchange in case of opening the package for computer software, music CDs, games, and all that can be copied as by the law (The Censorship of Artistic Works Act) accordingly.
- Some products are manufactured especially according to the customer's special requirements and needs.
Note:
We strongly recommend you keep your packaging for at least the first 30 days of purchasing date.
Please remember:
- The item(s) should be in its original and unopened packaging, along with the corresponding original order confirmation, delivery note, accessories, and free gifts.
- In case the customer needs to make a refund to an item, a refund to be made by the customer at the nearest store, after a confirmation from our after-sale team of receiving the item.
- In case the customer paid by credit, a refund will be on credit, and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to him.
- In case the customer paid in cash, a refund will be in cash.
